OPERATING RULES

Safety First!

By entering the premises, you do so voluntarily, at your own risk, and with full awareness of the potential hazards associated with karting. By purchasing a race, you acknowledge and agree to these Operating Rules and undertake to follow them, as well as any instructions given by our staff.

1.    Closed-toe shoes are mandatory for driving a go-kart. Drivers wearing open footwear will not be allowed to race.

2.    Before collecting your go-kart, you must purchase your race at the reception and present your race ticket to the pit staff.

3.    If you wish to rent a helmet, you must wear a hygienic balaclava, which can be purchased at the reception, or use your own.

4.    Please store all personal belongings in the provided lockers. The operator is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

5.    Before your race, you are required to attend a short safety briefing covering track rules and driving procedures.

6.    All loose clothing must be secured or removed. Long hair must be tied back and tucked under the helmet or clothing.

7.    Your helmet must fit securely while wearing the balaclava and must always be properly fastened. If the helmet feels too tight or too loose, please choose a different size.

8.    Entry to the parked go-kart area is permitted only with the authorization of our staff.

9.    During the race, intentionally colliding with other go-karts or barriers, or leaving the asphalt track surface, is strictly prohibited. Removing your helmet while on the track or during the race is also prohibited. Drivers must not hold any object while driving other than the steering wheel.

10. If you notice any changes in the handling or performance of your go-kart (e.g. steering issues, unusually high engine revs, excessive vibration, etc.), you must return to the pit lane immediately and inform a staff member. If your go-kart breaks down on the track and you are unable to continue, first ensure it is safe to exit, leave the go-kart, move behind the safety barrier, and signal to the staff by waving your hand.

11. Before entering the pit lane, every driver must reduce speed to walking pace and continue at the same speed throughout the pit area.

12. Visitors are not permitted to enter the track. Only participants of the current race may enter the track, and only when instructed by the pit staff and in their assigned go-kart.

13. Placing any objects on barriers, walls, or any other structures surrounding the track is prohibited.

14. The maximum permitted participant weight is 120 kg. KartPlanet reserves the right to carry out a pre-race weight check before allowing participation.

15.
The minimum required height for participants is 150 cm.

16. Registration in the Apex timing system is required before purchasing a ride.

17. By entering the premises, visitors agree to behave respectfully and in accordance with standards of good conduct. The operator reserves the right to remove any visitor from the premises without compensation in the event of inappropriate, aggressive, abusive, vulgar, or otherwise unacceptable behaviour.

Thank you for driving safely, and enjoy your race!
